I came into OPF already having what I would consider an advanced knowledge of fitness, but Luke and the team blew me out of the water. Not only did we work out together, but they also taught me how to get right on my own going forward. They took the time to break things down into bite sized pieces so I could not only understand but also replicate and repeat the teachings. I wouldnt hesitate to come see the team at OPF again for any of my health and fitness related goals. Along with our in person work, Luke made himself available to answer questions online and OPF posts a lot of great info on the internet.
